I've never thought about a cruise with my kids before but Vivian organised a trip we couldn't say no to. The trip itself was fabulous but Vivian went above and beyond to make sure that we were well catered for. If I had any questions or issues she was immediately available to help. And she went above and beyond in putting travel plans together for our group. Vivian was super helpful & friendly right from the beginning, she sorted an info pack and a great deal as an eye opener to cruising, we are now hooked and will be booking all our travel with Vivian. We just got off the boat from our MSC groups cruise. For first time cruise it was a great experience. But Vivian went above and beyond. Having her on the cruise with us made things easier, especially when we didn't know about the tender processes. She went out of her way to get us tickets and put it under our door so we wouldn't miss out. Her friendly caring nature helped to bring people together which extended down to her family. She gave us little tips that made days out with a family easier. And we appreciated the little reminders of what is available at each port, everyday — it helped to keep things fresh in your mind. Booking our family getaway with Holidays by Vivian was the best decision we made.
